Liquitex Professional Soft Body Acrylic

Arr what a catch! Soft body acrylic paint impresses with its creamy consistency and permanent, intensive tint. The difference to heavy body paints is that this paint does not hold any brush marks. After drying, the result is a soft and even surface, although this paint contains the same pigment strength as others. Did you know? When diluted with water or paint medium, wonderful transparent effects can be created.

CANSON ACRYLIC PAPER 400g / M2

This paper is particularly thick and has a high weight of 400g / m2. This makes it very suitable for working with a lot of water and liquid paint in order to achieve several levels of washes and layers across the entire surface. The paper is natural white, durable for years and cold-pressed: ideal for experimenting with glazing techniques!

LYRA REMBRANDT ART DESIGN PEN

Woah, look, this is pure g…raphite! This high-quality pencil line for designers and artists consists of a natural binding agent and – as mentioned – pure graphite, which, when finely ground, creates defined, smooth lines. As a professional drawing utensil, Art Design is available in 17 degrees of hardness to create black tones with exceptional depth and delicate gray tones. Ideal substrates are papers with a fine grain size, on which the graphite adheres well and over the entire area, in order to establish soft shadows and clear details.

Amsterdam ACRYLIC PAINT REFLEX YELLOW & TITANIUM WHITE

Amsterdam acrylic paints have a medium viscosity, which means that brushstrokes and textures are retained while working, but the paint dries silky-matt, flexible and without cracks even with thick layers. It should be noted that titanium white (105) is an opaque color with excellent lightfastness (+++) and yellow reflex (256) is semi-opaque without lightfastness.

TALENS PAINTING KNIFE

Aye, this blade is not intended for cutting. Painting knives are mainly used to prepare and mix paint, but you can also use them for textured, expressive work with oil or acrylic paints. The steel blade is flexible and springy and set in a polished, solid wooden handle.

I‘m Miranda Meulenkamp, 47 years old, from the Netherlands.

My mission is to pass on my creative abundance to you! I do this by giving painting courses. I like a bit of madness, always thinking about art when I walk with the dog. I also love to take pictures of inspiring things, when I come home from my walk.

I throw my coat over the chair and go quickly working to make a sketch of it. I like challenges, sometimes I draw with my eyes closed, sometimes I use colors that I don‘t like and I‘m always looking for new inspiration. I share all this on my insta account art_by_mirandameulenkamp and recently I also have a youtube channel. Art is my life, I love it so much.
